Refunds, Cancellations & Returns

At Quirky Jewellery, each piece is carefully made and packed with attention. Because of the nature of our products, we currently do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns once an order has been placed.

Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

If an order is refused or rejected at the time of delivery, the order will be returned to us and a ₹100 processing and shipping fee will be deducted. The remaining amount, if applicable, will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–6 working days after the return is received.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.

• Clear photos or a short video of the item

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will assess the situation and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement where applicable.

Please Note

• Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage after delivery are not eligible for replacement.

• Minor variations in colour, print, or finish may occur due to photography, lighting, or screen differences and are not considered defects.
